If you have candidates on your StartupJobs positions who have applied and you do not want to use the Webhook integration (more here), you no longer have to enter them manually. Our Google Chrome plugin now allows you to easily save these candidates directly to ATS Recruitis – just like with LinkedIn or other portals.
All information that a candidate provides on the StartupJobs portal and has filled in their profile will be uploaded to the Recruitis system as an attachment in .html format, so you won't lose any data.
You can also upload candidates from the "Talents" section in the StartupJobs database to ATS Recruitis – again including their entire profile and all provided information.
You can easily assign such a candidate to a specific position or save them to your own talent database in the Recruitis system.
In addition to candidate information, you can also transfer communication with the candidate from the StartupJobs portal to ATS Recruitis - either to one specific position, or display it across all their positions in ATS Recruitis (i.e., not transferring it to a specific position, but to the candidate in general).
In addition to measuring SLA directly on the ATS Recruitis homepage, you can have a report generated via email.
When rejecting a candidate, you can record the reason for rejection, which is automatically reflected in your statistics and reports, and also serves as a tool for searching candidates in the database. This allows the reasons to be best tailored to your needs.
