SLA measurement is governed by recruitment flow - so if a position has a recruitment flow that has an SLA set for it, the clearance of candidates for that position will be measured within the SLA. If for some reason you do not want to count candidates in SLA for one or more positions, and it is not convenient to have separate recruitment flows for this reason, you can set SLA off directly in the settings for that position.
Once turned off, the candidate check-in for that position will not be counted towards SLA, nor will the position be highlighted with colored boxes next to the candidate photos.

The recruitment process is a key element of the ATS Recruitis setup. You can set more than one according to different types of your positions.
