Scheduling an interview by a candidate with the possibility of multiple candidates on the same date

In a typical scenario of a candidate scheduling an appointment via a booking link, only one candidate can apply for each available appointment. But with this new feature, you can set how many candidates can apply for one slot and even different numbers for different slots within a booking link definition.

How to set up multiple candidates per slot?

You can set the number of applicants per slot in the Links menu for booking appointments(link). There is now a "More participants" section in the second step.

 

💡The number of participants is defined for each slot or "row" in the term definition.

The figure above shows two examples of settings:

  • In the first example on the left, one slot is defined (Monday to Friday)
  • In the second, two slots Monday and Wednesday

In the "Multiple subscribers" setting, the number of subscribers is then set for each of these slots individually and can therefore differ between these slots in the case of multiple slots.
