Our Google Chrome plugin allows you to import selected candidates with complete publicly available information to a specific position or to the candidate database from several Czech and international portals. The plugin is primarily focused on LinkedIn, where it has additional features (mainly downloading communication, chat about candidates, widget on profiles), but this plugin also works for profiles in Teamio, on job portals StartupJobs, Profesia.sk and can download your communication with candidates in Gmail.
The entire installation process in real time is shown in the video below.
Logging in is easy, just open the installed plugin if you are on any page in ATS Recruitis and then log in via the button.
Here is a link to the documentation: Logging into the plugin directly in ATS Recruitis
Currently, the plugin can be used on candidate profiles on these portals:

Yes, most Google Chrome plugins can also be used in Microsoft Edge, because Edge is built on the same core as Chrome - Chromium.
How to do it:
Due to changes that LinkedIn or other supported portals make, it may happen that in the current version of our plugin some of the data in the candidate profile does not load.
We will be happy if you report any problem, because for example on LinkedIn, changes are released gradually and so there are users who see a certain LinkedIn profile the same way and then someone who already sees it in a new form and a certain value may no longer load.
If you have the plugin installed directly from the Chrome Store (via the link on the left) and have automatic updates enabled, you will have the fixed version available as soon as possible, because we respond to changes within days of reporting the problem.
From the ATS Recruitis perspective, there are no limits.
However, if you are someone who browses and quickly downloads a large number of candidates on LinkedIn on a daily basis, it may happen (because LinkedIn regularly monitors and tracks the behavior of users and various tools on its pages) that LinkedIn evaluates the behavior on your account as suspicious and potentially caused by an automation tool, which can even lead to temporarily restricting your account.
In addition to lower frequency of using our plugin, if this is your scenario, you can also for example limit downloading CVs from LinkedIn only to cases when you explicitly allow it on a given profile, or when you explicitly request it on a given profile using the button in the plugin.
To do this, you need to:
In addition to measuring SLA directly on the ATS Recruitis homepage, you can have a report generated via email.
When rejecting a candidate, you can record the reason for rejection, which is automatically reflected in your statistics and reports, and also serves as a tool for searching candidates in the database. This allows the reasons to be best tailored to your needs.
