Communication Record with Candidate

On the candidate card you will find the Communication tab, which serves for a clear listing of all communication with the candidate. Automatically sent emails from Recruitis are listed here, and thanks to the system email that is automatically attached to every email, the response from the candidate who chooses the "reply all" option when replying to this email will also be displayed in the system.

At the same time, you have the option to copy this unique system email and forward any communication with the candidate to it, just as you are used to with the system email for new responses. We also support automatic uploading of communication to the candidate via API. Just pass the request to your IT and provide them with the documentation.
