Recruitis now offers an AI assistant for writing job ad texts, which you will find directly in the position editor on the right-hand side of the WYSIWYG editor.
Once opened, a menu with several tools appears: a spell check that highlights corrected words in green, translation of the ad into a selected language, and a change of text style (a more formal or a friendlier tone). With these edits you see the result gradually appearing in the editor and before saving you can accept or reject the changes, or fine-tune individual words manually.
The most prominent function is creating an ad from a template, which, unlike the other tools, generates the text straight away. Just select an existing position as a template and write an instruction into the editor (similar to a prompt in ChatGPT) – for example "adapt the ad for a shift supervisor" or "replace the items in the What we offer section". Based on the combination of the template and your instruction, the AI then creates a whole new text.

Recruitis brings an AI assistant for comparing the competitiveness of a job ad, which gives you a quick and clear picture of the market – it compares your offer, requirements and other parameters with similar ads currently published by the competition. You launch the assistant either directly in the position editor while creating the ad, or from the menu of an already created position. The analysis results in a summary conclusion of whether the ad is competitive, a detailed breakdown of where it is better, comparable or worse than the competition, and links to selected competing job offers.
It is good to know that once a comparison has been run, the AI is not called again automatically – you trigger a new analysis after edits with the "Request AI analysis" button. The position title carries the greatest weight when searching for similar ads, so it pays to give it attention. If no competing offer can be found or the connection fails, the message "Analysis failed" is displayed – the reason is usually either a technical problem or a position that is insufficiently described or unique on the market.

Another of the Recruitis AI functions evaluates how well a candidate matches a specific position. It compares the candidate across four main criteria: education, skills, seniority and location. For each of them it shows a percentage score and a brief explanation of why that area comes out the way it does. Thanks to this you can see at a glance where the candidate best matches the requirements of the position and where they match less well.
The evaluation created by the AI can be edited manually by the recruiter and such an edit is recorded for possible auditing.
The output, however, is not just the score itself. It also includes an overall written assessment of the candidate, a description of their profile and cultural fit, an overview of skills and languages, suggested interview questions and tips on other suitable or currently open positions where the candidate might fit. The analysis is not launched automatically or in bulk; you always trigger it manually for a specific candidate, so you use it exactly where you need it.

Recruitis also offers AI prescreening of candidates – a solution for automated phone and online prescreening calls conducted by an AI assistant. The whole function is built directly into the recruitment workflow, so it does not need to be launched separately: simply move the candidate into the stage where AI prescreening is defined and select the relevant screening profile in the dialog. Depending on your needs you can choose either a phone call or an online video call.
The output is a comprehensive description of the candidate in relation to the given position and to predefined questions, so you immediately get a clear assessment of how the candidate matches your requirements. The output also includes a voice or video recording of the whole call, which you can return to at any time to verify the candidate's communication style and so on.

Internal sourcing has been added among the Recruitis AI functions; it helps you find suitable candidates directly in your own talent pool. Recruitis automatically searches the candidate database and selects those who are a good fit for the given position. The evaluation is based on the match with their past positions and how successful they were in them. No personal data of candidates is processed; the AI only serves to speed up the mathematical suitability calculation.
In practice, a new "Internal sourcing" tab appears for each position, where the system suggests suitable candidates. Their names are clickable and open a right panel with all their details. Those who catch your interest can then be added straight to the position with a single button. On the left you will also find settings that let you influence the match evaluation parameters, so you can fine-tune the selection exactly according to what matters most to you for the given position.

External sourcing complements internal sourcing by extending the search beyond your own database. Instead of the talent pool it searches third-party databases, primarily LinkedIn, and finds suitable candidates for the given position. It comes in handy when there are not enough suitable people in your own contacts and you need to approach someone new from outside, or for positions you have not dealt with before.
For each suggested candidate you can click through directly to their profile and look at the details. At the same time the system shows you the reasoning why the candidate is suitable for the position. You can see the pros and cons clearly laid out, along with any threats or risks. Thanks to this you can form a quick picture of the relevance of individual candidates before you approach them and add them to the given recruitment process.

The AI reporter is a tool you literally "have a conversation" with about reporting. Instead of a fixed set of prepared metrics and KPIs, you define the output yourself, in ordinary language. Just write something like "List the positions with the highest number of candidates in the last quarter and sort them by that number from the highest" and the AI reporter will put together exactly what you need. You can also add further information to your queries as you go, for example "Also add the author of each position", and gradually fine-tune the report into a form that makes sense to you.
A major advantage is the ability to define your own terms that you commonly use in your company. You can, for example, set that "recruiter = position author" and then use this term directly in the instruction for the AI reporter. Thanks to this you communicate with reporting as naturally as possible, in your company language, and you do not have to think about what the given item is called in the system. You will also be able to save your prompts for later, return to them, edit them and so on.
