Requisitions - HTML Editor and Templates

The "Position Information" field, which is used to enter the parameters of the searched position and add internal information about the recruitment (i.e., information that will not be published in the job ad text for the candidate), has so far been a simple text field.

We have now enhanced this field with additional features that make it easier to work with and allow for better organization of information.

HTML Format

The Position Information field is saved in HTML format, so you can use various HTML elements for clearer requirement specifications - color highlighting, tables, alignment, etc.

You can use the built-in editor to format text or paste HTML code directly.

HTML Formatting Example

If you want to create a mandatory table with certain values for requisition submissions, you can create it in an HTML editor or using an AI tool and then paste it into the field.

Templates

Similar to positions, you can also with requisitions:

• Save the current requisition as a template (requisition name = template name)
• Load a previously saved template into the editor
