How to Activate the Integration with MojeDelo.com?

To activate the integration, you need to obtain account credentials from MojeDelo:

  • client_id
  • client_secret

Send these credentials to our support team, and we will activate the integration for you immediately.

How to Add a Job Position to This Publishing Channel?

You can only add a position to the MojeDelo publishing channel after it has been published. The MojeDelo channel is available only in the publishing channel settings, not during the initial job posting.

When Will the Job Position Appear on the Portal?

The process of publishing positions works as follows:

  • The position is sent to the portal via API (your action in the ATS Recruitis)
  • MojeDelo administrators review the job post and select the correct visual template.
  • They send the post back to you for approval.
  • Once approved, the position is published on the portal.

How Are Candidates Transferred from the Portal?

Candidate transfer happens through a response form linked to the position in ATS Recruitis, so as soon as a candidate fills out and submits the form, their data is transferred immediately.

It means you can use a custom response form for each position, based on your preferences (custom forms are available only with the Premium license).

 

💡 Good to Know

  • MojeDelo has several key API limitations:
    • You cannot delete job postings.
    • You cannot edit job postings.
    • You cannot republish a previously published job post.

 

  • In addition to standard fields like job description, employment type, salary, education level, etc., MojeDelo requires a short job description. This information is taken from the “Job Information” field located just below the job title in the editor.

 

  • If the job post fails to send to MojeDelo via API, you will be notified by an error message after saving the publishing channels.
