Accepted candidates remain within the position among active ones, which is the desired state in a scenario where position = recruitment. However, if you approach the position as continuous recruitment, i.e., it never ends and new candidates constantly arrive, then the number of historically accepted candidates sooner or later becomes bothersome.
If it's better for me to have accepted candidates outside active, I can set this for each position in the right-panel with the "Position settings" menu:
After activating the setting, the same position with the same candidates will be displayed without accepted candidates, who will be moved to a separate "Accepted" section in the left menu of the position:
Activating the "Remove accepted from active" functionality also relates to a new way of displaying active candidates for positions in the position listing.
Positions that do not have "Remove accepted from active" activated display the number of non-rejected candidates as the number of active candidates in the overview.
Positions that have the new "Remove accepted from active" function activated now display the number of active candidates without accepted candidates.
In addition to measuring SLA directly on the ATS Recruitis homepage, you can have a report generated via email.
When rejecting a candidate, you can record the reason for rejection, which is automatically reflected in your statistics and reports, and also serves as a tool for searching candidates in the database. This allows the reasons to be best tailored to your needs.
