The system email is used in the copy of emails sent from ATS Recruitis and from candidates, and it serves to record sent emails and any candidate responses on the candidate card in ATS Recruitis.
Emails are recorded on the communication card including attachments, and attachments from received emails are also recorded directly in the attachments on the candidate card.

If you do not want to use this feature, for example because system emails look "ugly" or "suspicious", you can disable it in the company settings (see image below).
By disabling this functionality, you will lose all the advantages mentioned above.
In addition to measuring SLA directly on the ATS Recruitis homepage, you can have a report generated via email.
When rejecting a candidate, you can record the reason for rejection, which is automatically reflected in your statistics and reports, and also serves as a tool for searching candidates in the database. This allows the reasons to be best tailored to your needs.
