Previously, you could only record a phone rejection after not selecting the email option, which was not very user-friendly. Therefore, we redesigned the logic to move the decision about the rejection method directly into the dialog for selecting rejection reasons.
If you select the "phone" option at the bottom, after selecting the rejection reason, this choice will be recorded in the candidate's communication and the dialog will logically not continue with sending an email.
To track the share of this rejection method, a new pie chart has been added to the statistics, both those displayed under each position and the global ones in the Statistics menu, where you can filter by time period, recruiter, and recruitment flow.
