In practice, besides position ownership, it is often necessary to address who you collaborate with on a position, meaning to whom you have shared certain positions, whether it is a colleague recruiter or a hiring manager. This need can also arise from the hierarchy of the organizational structure - e.g., a regional manager shares positions with individual branches, etc.
Until now, you could achieve such filtering by assigning appropriate filter items to positions according to teams, department heads, etc. With the new filter, you can filter positions directly by who owns them. Ownership is created either by creating a position (i.e., you are the author), or by sharing it with someone. The "by owner" filter therefore also includes position authors.
You will find the filter only in the new application design (what is the new design?) in the position overview under the name by owner:
💡 The new filter can also be used to check that you have shared the right positions with the right colleagues, or for reviewing recruitment with a specific manager. In such cases, select the filters as follows:
In addition to measuring SLA directly on the ATS Recruitis homepage, you can have a report generated via email.
When rejecting a candidate, you can record the reason for rejection, which is automatically reflected in your statistics and reports, and also serves as a tool for searching candidates in the database. This allows the reasons to be best tailored to your needs.
