Within the booking link settings for scheduling meetings by candidates (link), in addition to setting up the links themselves, you also have the option to see an availability indicator for the given link, or rather the time slots of the given link. Booking links are always connected to at least one calendar. It may happen (e.g., for security reasons on the calendar provider's side) that the calendar disconnects and it is therefore no longer possible to book available slots.
This situation is indicated by the "!" icon, as shown in the image below.
To reconnect, the calendar needs to be connected in the calendar settings (link) the same way as when you first connected it. Then the "!" icon on the booking link will disappear and you can continue to use it as if the disconnection had not occurred.
The availability of booking link time slots changes over time and depends on both the initial settings, the number of slots selected by candidates, and also on events in the connected calendar, so it can naturally happen that available slots "run out". If such a link were sent to a candidate, they would have nothing to choose from.
This situation is indicated by the "empty set" icon, as shown in the image below.
If this happens with any booking link, it is necessary to check:
The system sends a notification (both by email and to the "bell" in the ATS Recruitis menu) for both types of problems mentioned above
