Online interviews are the daily bread of recruiters, and therefore it is essential that they can be created directly from ATS Recruitis! You no longer have to go to Google Calendar or MS Teams and create a link for the interview, which you then send by email from ATS Recruitis, or completely skip interview planning from Recruitis and thus work with two calendars.
To use this functionality, you must have your Google Calendar connected in ATS Recruitis, or MS Outlook365 calendar. And then it is very easy - for each planned interview you can check the "Create online meeting" option. ATS Recruitis will do everything else for you: get the online meeting link, insert it into the calendar event and insert it as a button in the email sent to the candidate. From the calendar event, whether in the internal calendar in ATS Recruitis or in your connected external calendar, you join the online meeting as if you had planned it directly in that calendar.
In addition to measuring SLA directly on the ATS Recruitis homepage, you can have a report generated via email.
When rejecting a candidate, you can record the reason for rejection, which is automatically reflected in your statistics and reports, and also serves as a tool for searching candidates in the database. This allows the reasons to be best tailored to your needs.
