Sending SMS from ATS Recruitis Recruitis
The image below shows the entire process of sending SMS messages via the ATS Recruitis mobile app:
- You can create an SMS text in the send email dialog, just switch it to SMS mode
- Select the paired phone you want to send it to (i.e. the phone you have the app installed on)
- After sending, notifications will appear on your phone (if you have notifications enabled on our mobile app)
- View your SMS queue in the mobile app (notifications will take you straight there) and send the messages you want to send directly in the SMS app on your phone
- The sent message is recorded in the sent queue
💡 SMS templates are set within email templates.
💡 For SMS templates you can also set your own variant for the variable used for the signature.
