Webhooks for system events

What are webhooks for?

Webhooks are used to notify various events within ATS Recruitis, e.g. for the needs of your career pages.

💡 The types of webhooks are:

  1. Addition of a new position - Notification of the addition of a new position in the system
  2. Editing a position - Notification of a change in the content of a position
  3. Position opening - Notification of position status change to "Open"
  4. Closing a position - Notification of a change in position status to "Closed"
  5. Position archiving - Notification of position status change to "Archived"
  6. Publication of a position on a channel - Notification of adding a position to a publication channel
  7. Withdrawal of a position from the publication channel - Notification of the removal of a position from the publication channel

 

1. Adding a website

To add a new webhook, open Settings" | "Webhooks. First, you select the type of webhook and enter the full URL address of the page on which you want to receive notifications about changes. If the specified page really exists and can receive notifications, the connection will be tested after clicking on "Test". After successful testing, the button changes to "Save".

2. Individual types of webhooks

Below are examples of actions in the system with an example of how this action will be reflected on the webhook.
