Installing the plugin

After clicking the download link above, click the "Get it now" button.

Then sign in to Outlook / your Microsoft account and go through the steps to add the plugin to Outlook.

Once successfully added, the plugin will be available directly in Outlook.

How to open the plugin in Outlook

Open an e-mail from a candidate.

In the e-mail, click the Apps / four dots icon and select Recruitis for Outlook from the menu.

This opens the plugin and you can work with the e-mail further in connection with ATS Recruitis.

Plugin settings

After signing in to the plugin, you can adjust the basic add-in settings using the gear icon.

Available options include:

• setting light or dark mode,
• choosing the preferred add-in language.

💡 Good to know

• The options for working with the plugin may differ slightly depending on whether you use Outlook in a web browser or the Outlook desktop application.
• If you use Microsoft 365, for example, you can pin the add-in among your frequently used apps so that it is more quickly accessible in Outlook.
