New Candidate Card (Redesign) - Beta Version Switch

As part of the ATS redesign program, the release of one of the fundamental elements of every ATS is approaching - the candidate card.

Since the transition to the new design will be somewhat of a "shock", we are now offering the option to switch (even temporarily) to view the new card and explore new features, new behavior, and appearance before the new design is permanently activated.

How to enable the new design?

You can switch to the new candidate card design on any candidate card in the footer:

The switch to the new appearance remains active until you select the reverse option "Switch to old candidate card" on any candidate card.

You can turn it on and off multiple times.

What new features does the card have?

As you can see at first glance, there are many changes and redesigns, but here is an overview of the most significant ones - requirements that have historically been most frequently voiced by our customers:

  • Displaying multiple positions for a candidate is more dominant in the form of tabs.
  • Candidate information is organized separately from position information in the right column with action icons and sections.
  • The recruitment flow design has been redesigned so that even very long flows can be displayed (scrollable) and with longer names. The flow also contains a rejection button directly.
  • Action history, notes, etc. are organized in a shared activity feed at the bottom of the card with the option to filter the relevant record type.
  • Tag entry is more visible at the top of the card and you can assign tags to both the candidate and the position.
  • Interview notes are recorded for each user, so you no longer have to write in one field where there is a risk of overwriting and data loss. Additionally, you can display colleagues' opinions at once and compare them.

The functionalities of the new card do not yet cover 100% of the old card's functionalities (e.g., candidate offers cannot be processed, etc.), but it is already usable in everyday operations.
