As part of the ATS redesign program, the release of one of the fundamental elements of every ATS is approaching - the candidate card.
Since the transition to the new design will be somewhat of a "shock", we are now offering the option to switch (even temporarily) to view the new card and explore new features, new behavior, and appearance before the new design is permanently activated.
You can switch to the new candidate card design on any candidate card in the footer:
The switch to the new appearance remains active until you select the reverse option "Switch to old candidate card" on any candidate card.
You can turn it on and off multiple times.

The functionalities of the new card do not yet cover 100% of the old card's functionalities (e.g., candidate offers cannot be processed, etc.), but it is already usable in everyday operations.
In addition to measuring SLA directly on the ATS Recruitis homepage, you can have a report generated via email.
When rejecting a candidate, you can record the reason for rejection, which is automatically reflected in your statistics and reports, and also serves as a tool for searching candidates in the database. This allows the reasons to be best tailored to your needs.
