Switching Between Multiple Accounts in ATS Recruitis
V rámci nového vzhledu aplikace ATS Recruitis je teď možné snadné přepínání mezi spárovanými uživatelskými účty.
Kdy se propojení účtů hodí?
- Pokud spravujete více účtů v rámci jedné licence
- Tedy napříkald pokud máte jednu licencii ATS Recruitis pro více firem ve skupině a máte účtet ve více těchto firmách, mezi kterými se potřebujete přepínat
- Pokud spravujete více licencí v rámci ATS Recruitis
- Pokud mají vaše dceřiné firmy nebo firmy ve vaší skupině více licencí, mezi kterými se potřebujete přepínat
- Pokud si vytváříte testovací profily
- Pokud v rámci úvodního nastavení nebo i dalšího provozu máte účty např. jiných typů rolí (typicky hiring manažera), abyste mohli lépe rozumět a řešit interní požadavky na support od kolegů
Jak účty spárovat?
- Pro aktivaci propojení účtů nás kontaktujte emailem na podpora@recruitis.io (je to primárně z důvodu bezpečnosti, aby nešlo propojovat libovolné účty kolegů apod.)
- Poté, co vám účty spárujeme, můžete kliknutím na svůj avatar v pravém horním rohu rychle přecházet mezi různými propojenými účty.
💡 Pokud si propjíte účet A a B, umožní to přepínat se jak účtu A na účet B, tak účtu B na účet A. Neboli, propojení je obousměrné a neslouží to k tomu, že vy se můžete "dívat" na jiné účty.
