If you receive a message in Outlook from a candidate stored in the Recruitis ATS, the plugin will offer you the option to link the email with the candidate and optionally select the specific position the communication relates to.
After successful synchronization, a transfer confirmation will appear next to the message. Synchronized messages can then be found on the candidate's card as an email attachment.
