Candidate Rejection Reasons

When rejecting a candidate, you can record the reason for rejection, which will logically be reflected in your statistics and reports. To ensure the reasons are truly tailored to your needs, you have the option to set these reasons individually for the entire company in the Settings - Rejection Reasons section, where you can activate individual measurement and set reasons that are divided into two basic branches: Reasons on the candidate side and Reasons on the company side. For agencies, we also offer a third branch, for activation of which please contact the customer line.
