Interview Planning and Its Elements

• Email templates - For saving new email templates, it is necessary to categorize templates into the "Interview invitation" type.
• Associated action for interview - For the system to respond to the "Interview" status and launch a dialog prompting you to plan the interview and its details, you must have an associated action named "Candidate is scheduled for interview" in your recruitment flow settings.
• Calendar integration - If you have external calendars linked with Recruitis, you can automatically record planned interviews in the external calendar.
• Online interviews - For each planned interview, you can check the "Create online meeting" option. This will give you an online link that will be inserted into the calendar event and also as a button in the email you send to the candidate.
