Tags are used to identify a candidate for future searches.
For creating tags and organizing them into categories (folders), the section Settings - Manage tags is used, where you can create various categories and thus logically sort your tags into, for example: Profession / position, soft skills, hard skills, different types of talent of candidates, from events , students, etc.
You don't have to tag candidates one at a time, but you can add or remove tags from an entire group of candidates.
