When rejecting a candidate, you can record the reason for the rejection, which will also be logically reflected in your statistics and reports. So that the reasons are truly tailored to your needs, you have the option to set these reasons for the entire company individually in the Settings - Reasons for rejection section, where you can activate a separate measurement and set the reasons, which are divided into two basic branches: Reasons on the candidate's side and Reasons on the company's side. For agencies, we also offer a third branch, for activation of which please contact the customer line.
You don't have to tag candidates one at a time, but you can add or remove tags from an entire group of candidates.
