Email communication

You can send emails from Recruitis in three different ways. In the first case, you leave everything to us, the system will send an email for the HR person through its mail server. If the IT department does not allow you this method, you can send emails via your own mail server or create your own SMTP connection.

We recommend communicating this setting with your IT department.

What is good to know & our tips

The default setting works in such a way that Recruitis sends emails for you and this can cause the emails to end up in the spam filter for some recipient email clients. If you want to prevent this, Recruitis offers other options, which should be consulted with your IT department.
