Response Forms

There are many portals that do not allow fully automated integration, or the cost of such integration does not make economic sense, but they allow inserting your own response form. This means that if a candidate clicks on a button like "I am interested", a page with a response form will be displayed.

Each position in ATS Recruitis has its own response form, which you can use as such a link. After filling it out, the candidate will be uploaded directly to the given position in ATS Recruitis. Additionally, if you use the "csid" parameter in the URL (you can find a description of this functionality in the menu Settings | Response source management), you can mark such candidates directly with the source with the portal name.

You can find the link to the response form in the "More actions for position" menu.

This method is often an easy solution for quick integration even with foreign portals (e.g. main portals in Poland, Hungary, Romania, etc.). Thanks to the custom response forms functionality, you can create forms with different content and different language versions.

Example procedure:

1. I find out the source ID I want to use for the form

2. I find out the form URL for the given position

3. I add the source ID via the "csid" parameter to the URL

4. I use the resulting link as a link to the response form e.g. on a job portal

The resulting URL will look like: https://app.recruitis.io/answer/form/Sb26JpMmhs9FXrMKkmLlKuj7uc7dcF5q?csid=1591

If you want to use the form on your career pages, you can use the general source ID for career pages ?csid=1041

Forcing the response form language

If you want to use links to response forms e.g. on job portals or career pages, it may happen that due to a combination of browser language settings and other similar settings, the form is displayed partially in one language and partially in another. If you want to ensure that the form is always displayed in a specific language, you can add a language parameter to the end of the URL. For example, if you want the link to the form below to force display in Slovak, add "/sk" after it

without language enforcement: https://app.recruitis.io/answer/form/Cn585IqXH6lCwnhh2x3uGtUmDGQJ4Tu

with language enforcement: https://app.recruitis.io/answer/form/Cn585IqXH6lCwnhh2x3uGtUmDGQJ4Tu/sk

with language enforcement and source identification: https://app.recruitis.io/answer/form/Cn585IqXH6lCwnhh2x3uGtUmDGQJ4Tu/sk?csid=1041

Custom CSS for response form

Example syntax for adding CSS to the response form:

For proper functioning, we need to allow your domain where the CSS is stored in ATS Recruitis settings

What is good to know

  • For landing pages that do not transfer candidates to specific positions, but only to the database, the form control elements (heading and buttons - i.e. what you do not define in the form itself in the given language) are governed by the browser language.
  • For illustration, below is an image of a landing page set in SK language in a web browser with English language:
