How does linking setup work in practice?

In addition to the channels that are built directly into the ATS (including webhooks), it is always necessary to communicate with the given job portal to activate the connection on their side, or to provide the connection data.

Here are examples for the main portals:

LMC

To connect to LMC portals, you need to purchase the relevant services from LMC: export positions and import candidates (each can be purchased separately)
Based on this, LMC will provide you with a set of credentials (url, name and password) for each service, which we will then activate in turn in ATS Recruitis.
For the link to work, after purchasing the candidate import service, you must manually fill in the relevant position ID from ATS Recruitis in the Teamio system. Failure to do so will result in an error importing candidates for positions without the ID provided.

JenPráce

In ATS Recruits, you need to create a publication channel for JenPráce (with the appropriate "jenpráce" format)
Send the link to this channel to your contact on the jenpráce.cz portal and they will activate the position transcription link
In order to transcribe the candidates, on the other hand, jenpráce.cz will provide you with the address of the XML feed, which I have to integrate with us (mostly within one working day)

DobráPráce

"DobráPráce" solves the transcription of positions and the download of candidates via API
You provide them with your company token for the API to work properly
At the same time, it is necessary to create a publication channel "dobraprace.cz" in ATS Recruitis (exactly like this, without diacritics and with a domain), which requires their connection via API

Profesia (CZ a SK)

In ATS Recruitis, you need to create a publication channel in the "profession" format
Then send the address of this publication channel to your contact on the profession portal and they will activate the link for you
Applicants will be registered automatically through the use of the ATS Recruitis response form

iKariéra.sk

In ATS Recruitis you need to create a publication channel in the "icareer" format
Then send the address of this publication channel to your contact on the ikariera portal and they will activate the connection for you
Applicants will be registered automatically by using the ATS Recruitis answer form

When will I start receiving candidates?

In the case of linking the transcript of candidates from the portal to ATS Recruitis, the candidates will start to be transcribed after activating the link on both sides. Therefore, already existing answers on the given portal will not be overwritten.

At the same time, since it is an integration of two systems, candidates are usually not transferred in real time, but at certain intervals. This is important to know especially if you are testing the connection and waiting for the candidate to appear in ATS Recruitis.

Here's a basic overview of how often imports take place:
