How does the integration setup work in practice?

Besides channels that are built directly into the ATS (including webhooks), you always need to communicate with the given job portal to activate the connection on their side, or to provide connection credentials.

Here are examples for the main portals:

Alma Career

• For connection to Alma Career portals, you need to purchase the relevant services from Alma Career: position export and candidate import (each can be purchased separately)
• Based on this, Alma Career will provide you with a set of login credentials (url, username and password) for each service and we will then activate them immediately in ATS Recruitis.
• For the connection to work, after purchasing the candidate import service, you must manually enter the ID of the relevant position from ATS Recruitis in the Teamio system. If you do not do so, candidate import for positions without the specified ID will end in error.

JenPrace

• In ATS Recruitis you must create a publication channel for JenPrace (with the appropriate "jenprace" format)
• Send the link to this channel to your contact at jenprace.cz portal and they will activate the position transfer connection
• For candidate transfer, jenprace.cz will provide you with an XML feed address, which we need to integrate on our side (usually within one business day)

DobraPrace

• DobraPrace handles position transfer and candidate downloading via API
• For proper API functioning, you provide them with your company token
• At the same time, you need to create a publication channel "dobraprace.cz" in ATS Recruitis (exactly like this, without diacritics and with the domain), which their API connection requires

Profesia XML (CZ and SK)

• In ATS Recruitis you must create a publication channel in the "profesia" format
• Then send the address of this publication channel to your contact at the profesia portal and they will activate the connection for you
• Candidates will be transferred automatically thanks to the use of the ATS Recruitis response form
• Positions on the Profesia portal side are refreshed 4 times a day - at night, at 7:00, 11:00, 14:00 and 16:00

Welcome to the Jungle

• In ATS Recruitis you must create a publication channel in the "Default settings" format
• Then send the address of this publication channel to your contact at the WTTJ portal and they will activate the connection for you
• Candidates will be transferred automatically thanks to the use of the ATS Recruitis response form

When will candidates start being transferred?

When connecting candidate transfer from a portal to ATS Recruitis, candidates will start being transferred after activation of the connection on both sides. That is, existing responses on the given portal will not be transferred.

At the same time, because this is an integration of two systems, candidates are usually not transferred in real time, but at certain intervals. This is important to know especially if you are testing the connection and waiting for a candidate to appear in ATS Recruitis.

Here is a basic overview of how often the import takes place:
