Recruitis ATS mobile app

Recruitment doesn’t happen only at a computer. A candidate calls just when you are between two meetings. A hiring manager needs a quick answer on the way from an interview. And the best talent doesn’t wait long.

That’s why we have a new mobile app, “Recruitis ATS”. Thanks to it, you have your whole recruitment in your pocket and you are in touch with candidates anytime and from anywhere. The new version goes even further and changes the way you browse applicants. You now view CVs as intuitively as in, say, dating apps. Swipe left or right to move to the next candidate. Swipe up or down to go through their attachments, from the CV to the videos from video questionnaires.

You then rate the candidate with a single tap right on the same screen. You don’t have to open, close or search for anything. This way you can evaluate dozens of applicants in a few minutes, for example on the tram or while waiting for your coffee.

💡 Are you using the existing app? You don’t have to change anything. For now, the new app works alongside the original one, so you can keep using the one you are used to. However, we will no longer develop the original version, so in the future you will find all new features and improvements only in the new app.

Feature overview

The fastest way to get to know the new app is to see it in action. The video below walks you through the app, from signing in and the home screen to working with specific candidates and the settings. You will see what the app looks like and how to navigate it.

Above all, though, you will find out how the individual features can save you time in an ordinary recruiting day. Among other things, we will show you the new gesture-based browsing of candidates, quick rating right over the attachments and convenient contact with applicants.

A few minutes are enough and you will feel at home in the app. We recommend keeping your phone at hand and trying everything out right while watching.

Browsing candidates with one thumb

In our opinion, one of the top features of the new app is definitely “Browsing candidates with one thumb”. Forget clicking between cards and downloading attachments. The new candidate browsing brings everything you need to make a decision onto a single screen:

• Left / right: you switch between candidates
• Up / down: you go through the selected candidate’s attachments (CV, cover letter, videos from video questionnaires…)
• At the bottom of the screen: you rate the candidate right away

Every step costs you a single gesture, so you focus fully on the candidate, not on operating the app. The first screening, which used to take an hour at the computer, can be done in spare moments during the day.

• The mobile app is not a 100% replacement for the web version of ATS Recruitis; it is intended primarily to speed up and streamline cooperation with hiring managers who don’t sit at a computer – thanks to the mobile app, they get instant notifications about new applicants or tasks from the recruitment team and can also respond conveniently and immediately.
• The mobile app is required if you want to send SMS messages to candidates from ATS Recruitis.
