Logging out of the mobile app

Regular and frequent logging out is a desirable and even necessary behaviour of the application. Similar to mobile banking, the ATS Recruitis app contains sensitive data, so regular logging out is a basic security requirement.

However, it is certainly not desirable to have to log in again with your name and password or QR code every time you log out. For this reason, to avoid having to do this, we recommend that you take advantage of the option to enable biometric login using Face ID or your fingerprint. You can set it up the first time you log into the app (see image below).

Then the app will continue to log you out, but logging in will be convenient.
