Data Import to ATS Recruitis

For data import, it is important that candidate data is imported. Information about positions from previous systems is imported as meta-information for the candidate, for example as a tag.

For import, you can send data in formats: CSV, XLSX

Data cannot be imported directly in the application, uploading is handled through ATS Recruitis support. Delivery usually takes place within 2 business days.

For import, the number of fields or their order is not important. The key is that fields can be loaded into one of the following data types within ATS Recruitis:

• Name
• Email
• Phone
• LinkedIn
• Skype
• Facebook
• Candidate source
• Tag
• Note
• Gender
• GDPR consent (expiration date)
• Attachment path (CV)
• Profile picture path

Required fields are:

• Name
• Email
• GDPR consent (expiration date)

In case an import needs to be performed that does not correspond to the standard format described above, it can be done as custom development, which is governed by contractual prices.
