The goal of our talent database was primarily to make it easier for recruiters to work with talent pools, the possibility to approach the so-called recycling of talents systematically and to facilitate a number of actions connected with the management of applicants. Whether it is the management of GDPR consents, mass sending of emails with job offers, moving candidates in the process or rejection, handling phone calls during pre-screening, etc.
