Tags are used to label candidates for their future searching.
The Settings - Tag Management section is used for creating tags and organizing them into categories (folders), where you can create various categories and logically sort your tags into, for example: Profession / position, soft skills, hard skills, various types of candidate talents, from events, students, etc.
