On the applicant's card, you will find the Communication tab, which is used for a clear list of all communication with the candidate. Automatically sent e-mails from Recruitis are listed here, and thanks to the system e-mail, which is automatically attached to each e-mail, the system also displays a reply from a candidate who selects the "reply to all" option when replying to this e-mail.
At the same time, you have the option to copy this unique system email and forward any communication with the applicant to it, as you are used to with a system email with a new reply. We also support the recording of communication to the candidate automatically via API. Just forward the request to your IT and provide them with the documentation.
