Notification of all notes on your positions

Previously, the author of the notification position was given only in situations where the author of the note explicitly mentioned the author of the note in the note via the "mentions" function - i.e. with the use of @.

Newly, the author of the position receives a notification for all notes from colleagues that have been attributed to his or her position, and there is no risk of losing a note in a situation where a colleague forgets to use the mention.

Notifications go both internally in the Recruitis system (to the so-called bell) and to the communication channels set by each applicant - i.e. to e-mail, Slack and the mobile application.
