Backward shift in recruitment flow

Moving down the line of the recruitment process is an important element in obtaining relevant statistics. However, if a situation arises where a candidate is moved by mistake, it is not appropriate to write this data into the statistics.  If such a situation occurs, it is possible to move the candidate back to the previous flow without affecting the recruitment data.

How can I trigger a move back in the flow?

he "rewind" icon, which is located on the right side of the recruitment process line, will provide us with a rewind:

scroll to previous state

What happens when the button is pressed?

  • the candidate returns to the previous state
  • you must write down the reason for the reversion (this information is written in the record in the Action History section)
  • the data about the move to the state from which you are returning is deleted from the statistics
  • the backward displacement is recorded in the Action History section
  • information about the original move to the state from which we are returning is not deleted from the Action History section

💡The revert icon will only appear when the candidate first moves in the recruitment flow

💡 If a candidate was in the Pre-screening vase and we accidentally moved them to the Accepted phase, the arrow will take us back to the Pre-screening phase, not the Interview phase.
