Assigning Tasks

Tasks allow you to assign a specific activity to colleagues or yourself that you want them to perform with the candidate's profile.

What can I assign as a task?

The task assignment dialog allows you to assign several types of tasks:

  • Rating - filling in stars or thumbs
  • Flow progression
  • Feedback - response to a specific question from the requester (similar to the previous Request for Feedback functionality)
  • Tasks related to a specific interview:
    • Filling in interview notes
    • Filling in interview questions
    • Filling in scorecard (evaluation by criteria)

Tasks related to an interview require selecting a specific state in the flow with an interview.

Each task is visually marked not only in the relevant sections on the dashboard and in the activity feed on the candidate card, but also directly in the place where it should be completed.

Who can I assign a task to?

You can assign a task to any of your colleagues who have an account in ATS Recruitis. You can also assign a task to yourself ("Task for me" button) and use notifications and deadlines to create a reminder.

Even if you assign a task in bulk to multiple colleagues with multiple task types, the resulting tasks are split into individual task/solver/candidate combinations - i.e., 2 types of tasks for 2 colleagues over 1 candidate creates 4 individual tasks.

What else can I set for a task?

  • Deadline - the task may or may not have a specific date to be completed. Its value is then visible both on the dashboard and in the task overview.
  • SLA impact - if you use SLA in the recruitment flow (the so-called traffic light for candidate processing prioritization), you can set what the deadline expiration without task completion does to the SLA for the given candidate on the position.
