Agency candidate indicator

What the feature does

For candidates who registered in the system or were added through the agency portal, meaning they were recommended by one of the partner recruitment agencies via ATS Recruitis, a dark blue dot is now displayed in the candidate overview. It gives recruiters an immediate signal that the candidate was brought in by an agency, whether for the current position or for one of the past ones.

Why it matters

Depending on the specific contract with the agency, such a candidate may be considered "theirs," for example in terms of commission or a priority right to placement. The indicator helps recruiters easily recognize this and take it into account when working further with the candidate (e.g., when communicating with the agency or making hiring decisions).

How the indicator works

  • The blue dot appears next to the candidate's avatar whenever at least one of their applications was submitted through the agency portal.
  • It also works when the candidate applies to multiple positions at once. Even if they also apply directly or through another source, the system retains the information about the agency origin and displays the dot on all of their applications.
  • This gives the recruiter visibility into the candidate's agency origin across their entire profile, not just on one specific application.

Where you'll see the dot

The indicator is displayed in the top right corner of the avatar in the candidate list, both in the talent pool and in the position detail.
